Shipping Policy

  • Inside Dhaka: same-day / next-day delivery — ৳70
  • Outside Dhaka: 1–3 business days — ৳130
  • Orders placed after 6 PM are dispatched the next day.

Return & Refund

Defective device? Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video. We offer full replacement or refund for verified manufacturing defects. Opened e-liquid or damaged-by-user products are not eligible.

Payment

All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD). Pay only when the courier hands over your parcel. No advance payment required.

Privacy

We collect only what's needed to fulfill your order — name, phone, address. Your information is never shared or sold to third parties.

Age Restriction

Products sold on NextGear BD are intended for adults 18 years or older. By placing an order, you confirm you meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction.
